Quinton Parke-Thomas has 10 years of solutions engineering experience, including serving as a Technical Support Engineer for Ingram Micro. He started at Finger Lakes Technologies Group (now FirstLight) in 2012 as a network solutions engineer, and specialized in designing and planning communication and collaboration solutions such as voice, messaging, telepresence, and meeting technologies. Quinton brought FLTG’s Cisco- powered UCaaS solution to market in 2014, and took over product management in 2016, and was named Senior Product Manager for Collaboration products at FirstLight in 2018.
