FirstLight Fiber sold to Calif. private equity firm - FirstLight

MANCHESTER — A New York operator of fiber optics networks that gobbled up companies is now getting acquired itself.

FirstLight Fiber, which employs 25 in New Hampshire, is being sold to Oak Hill Capital Partners, a California private equity firm.

First Light operates three data centers in New Hampshire: at 77 Sundial Ave., Manchester; 16 Cavendesh Court, Lebanon; and 310 Marlboro Road, Keene.
